Design a concept application for tracking the customer experience for service industry clients. Show the data for the customer's experience, suggested changes for improving the experience, and the effects on the business revenue.

Revenue Manager
Product Description
Revenue Manager is an enterprise level accounting application.
Challenge
Customer's had requested improvements to the application's navigation, functionality and visual design. My redesign changed the menu-driven application into a task-based, intuitive tool. Improvements included updating the overall functionality, personalization (especially the dashboard), streamlining the navigation, and a clean layout that gives the user more work space.

The BESS is a medical protocol used by researchers and clinicians to assess patients for concussions. The software displays data received from the Tekscan pressure sensor hardware.
